The hardware-free Queue and Customer Management System is fully software-based without the need of a ticket-dispenser terminal or displays. The statistics and reports can be gained from this system in a similar way as from the hardware-based version, without the need for cabling or hardware installation.
Users will have access, among other things, to the following information:
