We recommend our Dashboard software as a complementary module to other ONLINET systems. Dashboard was designed for clients who intend to do more analysis on the raw data generated by the Queue and Customer Management System. The application delivers fresh data to senior managers and other relevant departments, at any level of detail (related to a branch or clerk with alert functions), according to a predefined security-access level, on a user-friendly platform.
For even more thorough use of the Dashboard system we offer our customers a consultancy service. With almost 10 years of user experience we can improve customers’ sales efficiency and cross-sales volume.
The Dashboard is able to display not only the branch but call-centre data as well, even comparing the performance of clerks, branches or regions.
Integrated with a CRM system, current data related to targets can be displayed even on the welcome screen.
