Onlinet helped AEGON enter into the world of virtual administration

13/10/2011

Virtual administration has been available in Hungary since early October, as AEGON introduced this administration method with the help of Onlinet in four cities including Szolnok and Cegléd.

AEGON has always been a pioneer in implementing innovations. They have always taken the associated risk. Based on previous experience, we can say that they are on the right way as phone administration, that they were the first to use, has been performing extremely well for years.

They found an appropriate partner in realising their aims, as the 10 year-old Onlinet Ltd., present in 4 continents and starting as a garage company, is now one of the leading providers and producers of customer management and IT solutions.

“It was obvious that we would like to work with Onlinet, as they have already implemented a similar system in Denmark, that is they already built a network incorporating three settlements for the local government. This is the expertise we needed, we wouldn’t have wanted to leave implementation to chance.” answered Imre Pintér, project coordinator, for the question why their choice fell on Onlinet Ltd. for creating an innovative service.

Virtual administration enables the employees of AEGON to provide more complex services for their clients and it also facilitates the colleagues’ work in our branches in Budapest and in the country.
