With over 10 million customers and 167 shops, Vodafone is the second largest mobile service provider in Romania. In 2007 ONLINET closed a contract with Vodafone, about supplying queue management systems in 33 of their shops across the country. The central element of the system is the SMART-Q ticket dispenser terminal. The smallest system manages 3 desks and the largest 13 desks. In April this year, another 5 shops will be equipped with similar queuing systems.
