Operating an efficient Customer Service is a big challenge. ONLINET develops and improves its products in order to do that in an easy and smart way. Our developers in the Technical Department came out this month with two new products. The EZ-Q is a new ticket dispenser terminal with 10 pushbuttons, which was designed for the small and medium sized Customer Services, because of its easy principle of operation and low cost. The well known SMART-Q ticketing terminal get a bigger touchscreen, more powerful hardware components and a new design in order to offer more services.
