ELMŰ: brilliant customer service

The ELMŰ (Hungarian Electricity Works) Customer Services are one of the busiest, with a high number of customers served daily. The larger Customer Services uses the ONLINET queue management system for several years . Discussions have been started, that a similar solution, to be installed in the smaller Customer Services countrywide. The new solution is a hardware free queuing system, based on the foundations of the classic queuing system software. The introduction of the system can be done in a flexible and cost-effective way. The installation and testing of the virtual branches will start most probably in May 2010.
