
Vodafone leads the way

It is not a secret that the British mobile service provider, would like to a have a leading position on the Hungarian market. As part of this strategy, the solution which proved its viability in the Allee Mall in Budapest, will be extended to all of Vodafone’s Hungarian, self owned shops. As part of the project in 22 shops will be installed the following components: queue management system with 26” touchscreen ticketing terminal, digital poster, CISCO digital media player and customer feed-back kiosk. ONLINET, through a consulting agreement, will analyze the data from the queuing system and will make efficiency increasing suggestions to Vodafone.
