Better customer service at BCR Bank

The efficient operation of a Customer Service is more and more important in Romania. The ONLINET queue management systems not only improve the Customer Services but increases the efficiency of sales too. The BCR Bank in Romania (member of the ERSTE group) decided to improve its Customer Services with ONLINET’s help. As a first step, queuing systems were installed in 6 important branches across Romania. After the evaluation of the experiences, later in 2010, further branches could be equipped with similar systems.
