All of us have a limited patience. If a customer is patient, must be rewarded. This is what Vodafone thinks about the opening of their new shop in the Allee Mall in Budapest, Hungary. The shop was equipped by ONLINET and CISCO, according to the standards of the era, with state-of-art digital signage solutions: queue management system with 26” touchscreen ticketing terminal, digital posters, digital media players and customer feed-back kiosks. In his new shop, Vodafone is committed to serve its clients in less than 8 minutes. If this doesn’t happen, with a special code received by text, the customer is invited for a free coffee or hot chocolate at the on-site vending machine.
