
Queuing in a SMART way

ONLINET has installed a 4 desks queue management system with a SMART-Q ticket dispenser terminal at the Szeged City Public Transport Company (Hungary). The clients can select the desired service from a menu displayed on the terminal’s touch screen, then with the printed ticket can sit down and wait in comfort. According to the selected service, the client is always called by the most appropriate member of the staff. The long queues disappear, there are no misunderstandings, the stress level is reduced and the staff’s work becomes more productive.
