This year on 23rd and 24th of September was organized the 5th annual Business Process Excellence in Financial Services conference and exhibition in London. The speakers and attendants of the event were prominent representatives of the financial sector including Lloyds TSB, Barclays, HSBC, Unicredit, CitiBank, Raiffeisen and many others. One of the sponsors of the event was ITD Hungary (Hungarian Investment and Trade Development Agency) who joined the event together with three Hungarian IT companies. One of them was ONLINET, represented by the British subsidiary. On a presentation session, ONLINET presented how the efficiency of the Customer Services can be increased using Queue Management System and Digital Signage applications.
