Onlinet Ltd. has been concerned with the manufacture, sales and operation of Queue Management Systems (QMS)(or called
Customer Directing Systems)and Informational/Self-Service Kiosks since 2001. Our QMS and Kiosk solutions are used by
banks, telecommunication companies, public utility companies and public institutions. In 2004 we extended our scope of
business by introducing the distribution of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) used in industrial environments and
others dedicated for Small Office and Home. Our UPS solutions are used in hospitals, office buildings, shopping malls,
manufacturing plants, educational and governmental institutions.

We lay special emphasis on creating unique designs for our systems. We are ready to make alterations both on the
exterior parts and in the function and appearance of our operating software according to our client's requests.
Through our nationwide servicing network we provide continuous operation and maintenance of our systems.

Our reseller partners, all over the world, from Europe, through Africa to the Middle-East,represents our systems
marked by excellent quality and efficiency. Through the significant position of the Russian and Romanian market we
have founded our first subsidiaries in Moscow and Bucharest in 2006. These were followed in 2007 by two other
subsidiaries in Bulgaria and the United Kingdom.
